I have been using this app for a few weeks now. At the very first, I was very desappointed as many features weren't working fine. It was very frustrating. The app promises weren't here. And then, the Simmer Team (Seb) got in touch with me to understand my worries and to ask me how they could help my team and I in using their app. I told them a few key points to improve to make their app very efficient. I finally found them very concerned about my experience and they have been working to fix all the bugs that I noticed to them. Today the app is more fluid. I can also say that kind of app that suits coffee shop with terrasse and table orders is quite rare. And I can say now their app is good choice for taking orders at tables with a very nice kitchen display system. A few things are still to be improved but I can bank on them to make it. Today change my 1* score to a 4* score. Maybe in a few weeks I will put a 5* score. Thank you Seb for your help.

The Simmer team are working hard to build an app which brings real omni-channel experience together for cafe and restaurant customers. The team have been easy to work with when I hit a few configuration changes and they’re a customer obsessed team. This comes through in the features the team are releasing. From KDS, through to tickets - they understand the workflow of a kitchen, and front-of house to combine them through Simmer. A hidden gem of an application- greatly enhancing the Shopify ecosystem. Great work Simmer team.
