This app was super easy to set up, I had it up and running on my store in just a few minutes. We added common questions to the app, and it's already saved so much time answering the same questions over and over. What sets this app apart from other AI support apps is the product recommendations. I've found the recommendations to be very accurate and I love how it pulls customers to our product pages. I'm also very impressed at the speed of updates to this app. Sometimes responses could be a little slow, I reached out to their customer support about this, and they said to expect an update in a few days addressing this! I've already noticed a difference in speed. Overall, I'm super impressed by this team and would highly recommend the app to others.
