This app does not work on our Shopify store. We have been running a Split URL test for days now and the "B Variant" (treatment) page has not received a single visit. We notified Shogun support via chat. Ghogun support acknowledged there is an issue. It as been three days since notification and still this issue has not been resolved. Time to move on.

As a first-time user of A/B testing apps on Shopify, I found Shogun an easy-to-use, intuitive tool for improving my pages. I had some questions, which the customer service team answered right away. Overall, a great experience!

This is by far the easiest app the navigate, but the customer support was next level helpful!! helped me problem solve a very complicated issue i was stressing over in a matter of 20 mins.

There were some issues regarding the A/B test and i left a review and told so. After that ive been contacted by Shogun, theyve resolved the issue and the A/B test now works as expected. They replied quickly, adjusted the Widget quickly, so im very happy. *Updated review 13.07.25

What in the world? There is very little explanation on their widget, and in their youtube videos. I don't get a URL to use when i do URL testing or A/B page testing, which is bad. I try to A/B test what works best: META AD to > A Product page or B warm up page. BUT when i click on my product page, it sends me to my warm up page. WHAT? I chose the WARM UP PAGE to be the "original" which decides when customer gets sendt to warm up page or product page. ALSO, when the customer is inside the warm up page, and they click on my "See more" button which takes them to the product page, it sends the customer BACK to the warm up page! Jeez. I tried alot to google if i do something wrong, but i cant find my answers on any of Shogun's sites. I can mention that i greatly appreciate that there is a free option available for those of us still managing our first sales. Also btw, the contact by email in the widget didnt work when i selected Chrome.

We've been using this tool for a few weeks, and so far it's working great. The support from the Shogun team has been amazing. It's easy to configure and set up tests, and the pricing is excellent.

I think I've used every A/B testing tool available, and this is my new favorite... BY FAR!! From installing the app, to A/B test completely setup, it took about 20 seconds! I love that you can run different tests for different audiences, like mobile vs desktop, new visitors vs returning etc. Super slick! I love how easy it is to set up different goals for each A/B test too. Sale conversions aren't always my number one goal with a page, sometimes it's clicking a certain button, submitting a form, etc. You can even see results by average order value, which is so smart! For example, maybe one page converts more shoppers, but a different page leads to higher value customers. I could go on and on, but I don't want to sound like a fan-boy! I'm just genuinely super impressed and so thankful I found this tool! Now I'm off to install their new personalization app I just saw they released today too lol! Great work Shogun team!!
