Everything about the setup was straightforward. It pulled in my orders instantly, synced my carriers without any fuss, and let me start printing labels right away. The interface is clean, and the automation rules are actually useful I set up presets for package types, weights, and carriers, and now half my orders practically ship themselves.

I noticed a charge of $69.99 on my account for the Select plan (Invoice #1280083), but my account has been suspended/inaccessible and I haven't been able to use the service at all.

I use ShippingEasy on a few Shopify stores I manage, and it makes shipping so much smoother. Automating labels and tracking saves a ton of time, and my clients love how much easier their order processing is now.

The app has a LOT of user experience issues, but the latest is just absurd. they completely removed password logins, and require a code be sent to your email in order to log in. Well, if your email server is down? There is no alternate. You can't log in. There's no option to just use your password. 99.9999% of the internet has passwords AND two-factor authentication. Somehow these morons got it in their heads to completely remove the password option would "enhance convenience" (a literal quote from their customer support today). I could go on with a number of other issues, but this one just boggles the mind so much I had to write a review.

I have not been able to log in for over 7 hours. 3 devices, each with 2 browsers, 3 reps, and ZERO resolve. I have deleted cookies, rebooted wifi, restarted the three devices and NOTHING! I get the 2FA code but the screen after password says it cannot be accessed. Where do I put the text code? I am very disappointed. And as much as I hate to change shipping apps after nearly 10 years, I think it time. For those considering SHIPPING EASY! LOOK ELSEWHERE. There support has even gone downhill. They used to be good, real good.

Was going great for the 1st month then as of October 2024 Shipping Easy was and still is auto adding +1 into our online store's inventory. As of now they have no resolution and this puts a lot stress on the web team to consistently monitor when an order comes in to manually adjust the inventory in Shopify due to this 3rd party shipping app.

No matter how many times we reinstall the app, it never syncs our orders. When we go to add money to our balance we get a bunch of XML errors. The app simply doesn't work.

So far so good. We switched to ShippingEasy after working with a low-cost budget label creating software but they were incredibly analog and took way too long to create, sync, and print labels with Shopify. ShippingEasy has allowed us to cut our fulfillment time by over half. The features I particularly like are the automation of label creation based on rules, and InstantLabel which will automatically print the labels. This has allowed us to go from creating each label one-by-one, copying tracking over to Shopify, and printing and packing with our old system (~1.5 hrs a day before being able to pack), to now coming in each day and having all the labels automatically created, printed, synced, and ready to ship. There are still some things that need to be addressed (like some orders not being synced automatically...I've been waiting on a fix for this one for the last 3 months) but overall, I really don't have much to complain about.

Avoid this company. They want to charge you money to access your own data. You can pay $14 a month and sign up for a marketing app that is tied to it, but overall how it works. You supply data of customers for shipments. It wants to charge you to access that data in meaningful report - $14. Yuck.
