Terrible experience. The widget shows the WRONG prices and shipping fees compared to checkout, confusing customers and damaging trust. Support admits the issue but blames Shopify and offers no real fix. Completely unreliable for any store using multiple currencies and markets.

Have used this app for years and it has been great. Support answered a question and solved an issue for me tonight in a matter of minutes!

Great and easy-to-use app. Gives customers an idea of what shipping costs may look like so it doesn't come as a surprise later during checkout. The support team is very friendly and responsive. They were always able to fix my issues very quickly. Highly recommended.

Very helpful. Glad to see that a support agent was able to get into the actual coding of CSS and make changes and not need to escalate to a developer.

I've been using this app for several years, and all I can say is that if it didn't exist I'd have to invent it! It works great, and the support team is super responsive. I had an issue with translations, they took care of it and proactively informed me of the progress made. 5 stars without a doubt.

Works very well ... as long as your store is in one language. It will not work if you have two languages or more, resulting in displaying in the cart some texts in the wrong language (according to the support, the app has no built-in translation feature, nor any compatibility with Shopify Translate & Adapt).

Hanno risolto in un giorno velocemente un problema tecnico che impediva alla barra di spedizione gratuita di funzionare. L'app è ottima se stai cercando un modo per rendere chiaro e semplice al cliente capire il costo della spedizione senza dover aspettare il checkout!
