So far so good! I think this is what exactly I needed, not expensive and very simple to setup and use. If my experience changed, I'll update the review but for now it is really good.

If Shopify makes you charge double the shipping because you work with multiple locations and you do not want that! This app is the solution! Explanation below. After doing lots of research and learning that lots of people actually have this problem, I am so happy to have finally found this app! Besides the awesome app, their support is really on point! 1) I changed the names of the shipping methods from the different locations (essential for settings in app) 2) shipping method is available for pick up which name is (shipping from location A) And shipping method is available for pick up which name is (shipping from location B) Then Apply discount to all shipping methods except these is (shipping from location A) percentage is 100% If you have more then 2 locations, you probably need to have multiple discounts created. A+B A+C B+C

Shopify discounts do not give us the complex rules we require to run a free delivery promo due to the numbers of different shipping methods we use, based on product and price and excluding certain shipping methods from the promo. This app does this, it's so fast to activate onto site and is so easy to set up. I predict we'll use this app regularly and am very grateful to come across it!
