Zipprover is a zipcode checker app, it helps customers check whether their location is serviceable

Zipprover is a zipcode checker / zipcode validator / postcode checker tool that allows the customer to check whether their zone is deliverable, serviceable with ETA by showing a form on your store asking the customer to enter their delivery location's ZIP Code / Postcode / Pincode. It can also restrict the customer from placing orders when their location is not deliverable. Additionally, they can subscribe to a waiting list, so that you can inform them when you open your service at that location

App is simple to set up and works as described. Easy way to prevent customers from outside your area ordering things you won't be able to deliver. Customer support is excellent, should you need it. We had a minor compatibility problem with UK postcodes, the app provider responded immediately to our request, and had the issue resolved the same day.

My overall experience with Zipprover has been disappointing. It’s very difficult to contact their support team, and replies are delayed or sometimes never received. Because of this, I had to uninstall the app and request refunds for recent charges. I hope the company improves its communication and customer service soon.
