Ship One Box runs when one order has two shipments at the same location: one ready to ship, and one delayed by a preorder or backorder. It holds the ready shipment so it does not leave alone. When the delayed shipment opens, the app releases that hold, joins both into one fulfillment, and refunds the extra shipping. The higher amount stays. It does not move locations, join two customer orders, or mark the order fulfilled. The warehouse packs one box.
