Unfortunately, this app does not do dropshipping. I’m not sure how to describe what they do, but it’s definitely not dropshipping. On the customer service side, they are perfect, so I contacted them to explain the various issues I’ve been facing. They clearly told me that it's my responsibility to contact the stores on the app, which I did. None of them accept dropshipping, and most of them were even surprised by the request. When you place an order, all the stores ship the products in their usual packaging with their logo, without any discount, and once sold, you lose the customer, who usually ends up returning the product. So, not only do you waste time, but you also lose customers and a lot of money. Some stores also show product photos even though the items aren’t available, is verry strange. Basically, you end up paying to advertise for other stores for free—it’s not worth it, not even for free. It's a nightmare.
