With 6 blue tees and 10 pink tees, a pack of one each can sell 6 times. A blue tee sale drops pack stock to 5. A pack sale deducts one of each. Link the pack to each product and quantity needed. Stock updates when inventory changes or a pack sells. The app shows calculated stock and sync status. No storefront, no discounts, no nested kits.
