this free app is much more user friendly than the default shopify blog app! some of the features will need to be activated by the app team so definitely speak to them on it. unfortunately the app doesn't allow image resize directly but the team helped me to customise them backend so that all images will be auto resized to a fixed size. It will be good if we can resize it ourselves so hopefully this can be added as a feature in future. I also discovered quite a few bugs which the helpdesk is quick to resolve but hope that it will be less buggy. Thank you to Melody and Kevin for being very helpful to resolve issues promptly!

Although the app doesn't currently have a video walkthrough to demonstrate the product, it does have a great chat feature, and Tiana was great at helping me with the questions I had about the product. About the product. No video run-through. Had to request access to the Advanced elements (but it is free, so that's ok) Element loading times a little slow (Product element) - But this app is 100% better than using Shopify's default blog - so well worth the switch.

I recently downloaded this SEO Blog app, and the support I received was fantastic. Penelope from the support team was super helpful in getting the AI feature turned on and set up properly. She walked me through the process quickly and made sure everything was running smoothly. It’s great to have responsive, knowledgeable support when setting up new tools. I am only an hour in and I am impressed. Talked with Brian on the chat to help me figure out some basic maneuvering and trying out their beta features. So far it's a great platform easy to navigate and customize. I'd give it 5 stars but I think thats a bit unfair as I have not used it very long. EASY. CLEAN. CUSTOMIZABLE. with great chat helpers!
