I would ignore the other one-star reviews. We have used this app for just under a year now, and it has been great. Support has been effective in answering questions and clarifying features and use cases. There is a ton of valuable information provided by the SEON tool to qualify orders, and this information would have otherwise been inaccessible. This tool gives us the confidence to move forward with orders, further verify customers, or outright cancel orders in an industry where fraud is common. Thank you, SEON!

Doesn't work. Nothing will load. Tried a fresh reinstall and even uninstalled another Fraud app incase of conflict and still nothing.

Would not recommend. Fraudulent transactions still slip by this app. And they don't insure orders or provide any guarantees, so our business is still on the hook for fraudulent orders and chargebacks. As a result, we were still needing to manually review every transaction, defeating the whole point of needing the app. The app was costing us each month and we were still doing the work the app was meant to do for us.

This app was only OK. it did provide a lot of useful information on the order, but forget about relying on it for useful automated fraud protection is not possible. you still have to babysit it. It maybe saved us 1-2 chargebacks a month, but it was wrong just as often as it was right now they raised the price to $600month?? doesnt make sense to pay $600 to save maybe 1or 2 $45 chargeback a month

We love SEON. This app allows us further insight into who is ordering from our store. It lays out all of this information in a easily digestible format that is customizable for your needs. Overall, 10 out of 10.

Good system and great support. The system has not been running for a month and while we are still learning it, it has been a successful implementation. Would recommend.

I had 2 chargebacks due to fraudulent orders (scammers stole people’s credit cards and purchased from my store), so I knew I had to get a fraud detection app. After some testing with other ones, including some that were more expensive than SEON, I finally got SEON and it was the best one. After setting up, everything is automated and I haven’t thought twice about any orders. It’s so easy and it saves so much time.
