AIの訳のわからない説明ばかりで堂々巡りの説明をされ、アプリを導入した日にGoogleサーチコンソールに問題が生じているのでアプリを導入したことが起因しているのではないですか？と聞いたら「アプリによって引き起こされたということを証明してください」と言われ。。。 でもここ数ヶ月全く問題がなかったのに導入した日以降問題が生じているということはどう考えてもアプリですよね？という感じですが拉致があきません。 導入してから以降結構な時間を費やしてしまいましたがSEOにプラスになるどころか今まで上位表示されていたワードでも表示されなくなったものがいくつかあります。 すぐに「開発者に手伝ってもらいたいですか？なら別途このプランを契約してください。」などと次々プランを持ち出し契約させようとします。かなり粗手の手法だと思うので要注意です。

Daisy has been a great help on this app. It seems like a really great app but the rest of the customer service seemed inexperienced. I asked questions and some of them didn’t provide clear answers or explain things. It also took them what felt like 4 minutes or longer to reply. I have been using another app for SEO that I prefer. The other company is very thorough and knowledgeable. They reply almost immediately and quickly answer questions in detail. I ended up uninstalling this app.

I believe so, and I hope it continues to help. Regardless, the team is at least incredibly helpful and full of tips.

Great customer service support, we've really just started to dig in and figure this all out, as far as I can tell at this point everything is going great, but we will have a better picture in a month or so when google starts to catch up on the analytics.
