I am new to Sendvio but it has already been a gamechanger for my business. They offer numerous templates that takes the guess work out of your next marketing campaign.

This app made running my store so much easier. I can connect with the right customers and actually see the difference in sales. The tools just work, and after trying other apps, this one is by far the easiest and most reliable.

Terrible! When you try to delete some contacts so you don't have to increase your subscription strangely the page always reloads making it impossible for me to delete contacts from the subscription plan, basically forcing you to increase your subscription even if you don't need it or have to switch apps!

Very happy with sendvio. They've promply responded to my requests and even added some customizations. They are still less expensive than the other emial platforms and offer all the features i need for crm / email campaigns.

Great platform for sending marketing emails, more fairly priced than other apps. The marketing email builder is somewhat limiting at times, but still great for the price.

Unfortunately I am not satisfied. I do not use the Shopify mailing list but have uploaded my own mailing list. This is possible without any problems, as Sendvio support confirmed before installing the app. I would like to edit this list from time to time. In other words, I want to be able to download it again from Sendvio, e.g. to manually unsubscribe a recipient. This shouldn't be a problem technically, but Sendivo's support persistently refuses, doesn't explain why and simply doesn't get back to me. Sendvio loses several thousand dollars a year from me and I lose a lot of revenue. I find that very annoying and unprofessional.

I've been using this app for several weeks now and I have to say it's exceeding my expectations thus far. Fairly straight-forward setup, user friendly, data rich, and exceptional customer support team with the most patience I've ever encountered (here's looking at you Mike & Fernando). I must have asked them 40+ questions and they happily answered every single one in detail, I don't believe they sleep. Long story short, I highly recommend this back-in-stock/email marketing/sms app. I plan on moving to their paid plan in the near future. Well done, Sendvio team!

Nallely was super helpful. The product may not have all the features you need but it is a good value. However, customer support was great!
