They block the app if you are over the amount of orders, I get that but they keep charging the monthly subscription... thefts

Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years, and it’s so close to being genuinely useful, but it’s riddled with bugs and inaccurate reporting. Over the past two months, these issues have escalated significantly, with marketing costs from Meta being imported incorrectly, resulting in unreliable data. I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this with their almost non-existent customer support. I’ve been dealing with someone named George, who repeatedly promised fixes but mainly responded with what appeared to be AI-generated replies. Two months later, nothing has been fixed. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. The issues remain unresolved, and the app continues to deliver incorrect data, which is unacceptable for a business-critical tool. If I had the choice again, I would not choose this app. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, since Sellerboard now holds over two years of our historical data, switching comes with a very high cost for us.

Soooo frustrating. I have been using the app for 2 years now. It is so close to being good and really useful, but it is so full of bugs and inaccurate reporting. As an example: our advertising cost for September (we are now in November, so 2 months ago) show 33k, while in reality it is 83k. This is such a sh*t app when you can't trust the numbers. I spend all this time and effort into this APP and it keeps messing up and misrepresenting numbers. Pretty absolutely terrible for an analytics & reporting app when the analytics and reporting is incorrect. Also customer service is really bad and never supportive.

Some basic functions dont work (exporting reports returns empty files) and reported bugs second week not fixed.. ;(

We’ve been big fans of Sellerboard so far. Once all costs and data are entered, it provides a clear, accurate view of true profitability. George from their team even hopped on a call to walk me through the shipping settings, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend Sellerboard!

It seems to do everything except wash dishes. George spent an hour with me onboarding and answering questions, which I really appreciated since I am neither a developer nor an accountant. I look forward to finally having real numbers that don't take a full time job just to put together to finally make better decisions for my business.

I have no idea how else you're supposed to get such a quick overview of your key metrics. The tool is so comprehensive and provides a ton of important insights. Furthermore, variable and indirect costs can be recorded, and I can even view an inventory forecast. Great! Worth every cent.

great app, great service. i had a problem and they did a meeting and we solved it. you have a lot of analytics in this tool.
