Awful Experience - Zero Support and Functionality I had high hopes for Selecty as a currency and geolocation language changer app for Shopify, but my experience was absolutely terrible. From the moment I installed it, nothing worked as advertised. The app failed to detect customer locations correctly, and the currency conversion was completely inaccurate, leaving my store in a mess. To make matters worse, their customer support is nonexistent. I reached out multiple times for help, and all I got were automated responses or vague instructions that didn’t solve anything. It felt like no one on their team understood their own app! This app is a waste of time and money. If you value your Shopify store and your sanity, avoid Selecty at all costs. One star is generous — they deserve zero. -Note This guy named Sergey from the customer support didn't help me at all.
