At this point I'm starting to this SearchAtlas is some kind of scam. Installed the app, couldn't even select a plan or use the app and yet we were charged $200 per month for 3 months before we noticed. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.

took money. cant make an account on shopify app. go to website and wants credit card info to make account. no thanks i already paid.

Worst experience i had with apps since 2012! I tested their free trial version. Then tried to sign up for paid version to test further functionalities. then i had been charged for 2 different accounts which i haven't signed up for. Now the real nightmare begins. Their customer support is terrible. Talking to AI then to operators who ask me the same questions over days and give me the same answers over days. It took me endless hours chatting with different persons telling me the same and asking me the same questions over and over again. They even do not understand how Shopify actually works - although they claim to be Shopify ready. I spend more than a week explaining the same thing over and over again. In the end I got so frustrated- I simply gave up… If you value your health - don't do it

Search Atlas has been a productive tool for us so far. It's allowing us to address many of our website issues quickly and in bulk. Their team has been very responsive, and their webinars and web meetings have been useful. The OTTO store audit provides valuable insight and convenient options to correct issues. Shame there isn't an option for 0 stars. I installed the app, subscribed and was charged $99. App hasn't worked since. Can't log in, no trace of my payment; however, it shows on Shopify billing as Search Atlas.... absolutely no help from support. They just keep stringing you along. Very frustrating for a small business to have to deal with this and not get any help.

The Search Atlas App does not work. The Free trial didn't work, so we subscribed and paid USD$199. THE APP STILL DIDN'T WORK. The app developer refuses to refund our money and has been particularly unhelpful. Don't waste your time or money, this business is 100% a scam.

What's really impressive is how OTTO allows me to immediately start optimizing my SEO product listings. The time-saving aspect is huge— tasks that used to take all day now take less than a minute.
