Very helpful support team who guided me through my questions about ensuring my website is ADA compliant

The app works well and does exactly what we needed! We reached out for a quick change and the support team responded immediately and handled it with kindness and efficiency. Only downside is that it needs to be installed separately on each store, with no multi-store plan — but overall, a solid tool we’re happy to use.

I've been using this for a short time, and have been exceptionally pleased with the functionality and options given to users by the application. Support is quick, accessibility scans are better than most (maybe all) browser extensions. Save yourself the headache, or use it as a placeholder until you pay for an actual audit and modifications. It can't do everything for you, but it sure does push you in the right direction.

Avery was fantastic in helping me with a request for my store. She immediately understood my needs and resolved the issue quickly. The app itself is very easy to set up and use. My only feedback is that the impression numbers climb very quickly. I am not sure if that means customers are simply viewing the widget on my site or actually clicking on it. It feels like the first, which pushes you toward a paid plan faster than expected. That aside, both the app and the support team, especially Avery, made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Avery was incredibly patient in helping me work through an issue with my accessibility widget. It's a relief to see such great customer support - especially for customers with starter plans. The app itself is wonderful. The widget gives me a peace of mind from an ADA/WCAG compliance standpoint. The only thing I wish they made available - and across all plans - would be a dedicated settings page so that I could provide my customers with another place to adjust their accessibility settings. Beyond that, I am very happy with the app and the great customer service that I received from Avery.

This app did not work for us. Customer service. Could not help us fix some of the issues that we had. They just kept giving us the run-around. They informed us that we need to talk to our Theme developer.
