Since none of us have control over how the courier service handles our products, SavedBy has been super helpful, especially with product/order replacements and covering full refunds if the customer claim qualifies. The team is also readily available to respond, I always hear back within the hour. Thanks to SavedBy, we've saved many headaches and retained happy customers.

We made the switch and we couldn't be happier we did! They take care of our customers package issues so seamlessly and they are very helpful if you have any questions. Love this team and they have been killing it. This is the best way to offer Package Protection. It makes my life easier knowing I can our customers to Savedby and they will be taken care of.

Such a simple process, at first I was weary to make any changes to my website, but we actually saw conversion go up with this app and now I’m not sending out packages for free to customers!! Seriously a no brainer and their customer service team is the best! ‍♂️
