I am new to this app. So far so good. They have been very timely and responsive to my questions. Having this app has made adream come true for my account with Rothco. This app is saving me tons of money. These guys are the one stop shop to go to if you need the Rothco plug in.

I started the first download of Rothco products almost 18 hours ago and it is only at 22.26% complete. This app is EXTREMELY slow. I have even tried doing the Manual download and it is not any faster. They only give you 3 day trial because that's how long it takes to download the products. But now I'm stuck with the app and have to pay $19.95 a month for it. I can only hope the auto sync is a lot faster than the first download or I will delete the app and hire someone to setup the API, it will be cheaper in the long run. AND the app does not download your cost or use Rothco's auto order system. you can only download and update the product info. NOT worth the money. I would not recommend this app to anyone. And Support?? I emailed them before I started the download and still have not heard from anyone. Don't get STUCK with this app.

Absolutely great customer service! You will be very happy with this app. Hope they expand to other wholesalers other than just Rothco. I use another app for 4 other wholesalers I have accounts with & would love to switch to these guys. You will not be disappointed if you use this app!!!
