MAJOR WARNING: ROPOSO CLOUT DROPSHIPPING IS A FRAUDULENT APP - READ BEFORE YOU INSTALL! I am writing this review after 6+ months of a nightmare partnership with ROPOSO CLOUT DROPSHIPPING. I am begging you, with folded hands, DO NOT waste your time, money, or your store's reputation on this app. I have lost significant amounts of all three. This isn't a one-off complaint. Read the other 1-star reviews—the RTO and delivery issues are systemic. But I need to show you the depth of their fraudulent operations and why appealing to their "support" is utterly pointless. My experience proves this company is untrustworthy, negligent, and engages in practices that will actively destroy your business. Here’s what happened to my store: Fraudulent RTO Marking & Theft by Delivery Agents: A delivery person delivered a defective product to my customer, took cash from them on the spot without providing a bill, and then fraudulently marked the order as RTO (Return to Origin) in ROPOSO's system. The Result: My customer was furious, having paid for a broken item. I had to issue a full refund to maintain any shred of credibility. Because ROPOSO's system showed it as an RTO, I was charged hefty RTO fees for an order that was delivered. Despite providing proof and pleading with their so-called "Operations Manager" and "Key Account Manager," they refused to reverse the fraudulent charges. They simply do not care. Complete Lack of Supplier Vetting (They Harbor Scammers): When one supplier goes out of stock, ROPOSO automatically reroutes orders to another. They do not vet these suppliers. I had a batch of 15-20 orders with a new vendor. Five orders were "delivered," and all five customers received completely wrong or fake products. The Result: Imagine your customers, expecting a specific item, opening their package to find cheap, irrelevant junk. My store's trustworthiness was decimated overnight. ROPOSO's response to this catastrophe was apathetic at best. You Pay for Their Failures: Even when a product is defective (THEIR supplier's fault) and returned, they charge YOU an "RVP" (Return Value Penalty) fee. You are financially penalized for their incompetence and their suppliers' fraud. Conclusion: ROPOSO CLOUT DROPSHIPPING is a dangerous liability. They: Allow fraudulent activity by their partners and delivery networks. Refuse to take responsibility when their system fails. Penalize you financially for problems you did not create. Destroy customer trust in your brand, which is impossible to rebuild. You are far better off sourcing products yourself from a legitimate wholesaler and using a reputable 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) service. The initial effort is higher, but you retain control, quality, and your reputation. With ROPOSO, you risk losing everything. Save your business. Avoid this app at all costs.

My experience with ROPOSO: Plus points: 1) Ease of use to install and add product with whatever margin you want, you just need to do small edits in product page Rest of the points: But business model is not only this, 2) Products are costly, more than what even Amazon/ Flipkart are selling for When I just started with them, I got two of my relatives to order from my store. 3) For first order, the delivery agent himself asked to cancel the order, giving random reason such as suggesting there is a possibility that the package may have stone in it. 4) For second order, We received the order, and I am using the product.. and guess what.. it is marked as 'RTO' in their system. So essentially, for this order I have paid the margin and now the rto charges also to ROPOSO. After following up for more than 15days, they asked to send the picture of invoice, which I dont have now.. Why the burden of proof is to a Marketer, if there is an RTO, the order should be with them, right? This is when I have the product, consider how much money you are going to spend on marketing for them, to just cheat you and your customer. If this is not scam, what is? There are lot of paid influencer who are pushing ROPOSO services suggesting if you will scale, you will be able to breakeven and then make profit even if RTO is 60%, but its a futile exercise.. cause you have to also keep on finding winning products every 15days/ a month, and then put most of your energy you are just supporting an unethical business.
Suppliers or sellers are never verified. most of the suppliers are selling only fake products, the prices are also high compared to others. for example prices are equal to amazon and flipkart, infact higher at some scenarios. dont ruin your brands reputation.
The delivery guy doesn't deliver the product to the customers and asks them to cancel it & then charge us for the RTO. Won't recommend at all
Kindly, Save yourself from a con app. Ropso is one of them. I tried Dropshipping for the 1st time and got conned by it. I would advice the users to read the comments and reviews before installing any app.
Terrible Experience—Faulty Products & Zero Support! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Roposo. I ordered a few products for testing before committing to a larger business order, and every single item I received was faulty. To make matters worse, their customer support was non-responsive and utterly unhelpful. There’s no option to give 0 stars, but if there were, that’s exactly what they deserve. I strongly advise others to avoid Roposo at all costs—poor quality, zero accountability, and terrible service. Thankfully, I only placed a small test order instead of risking a big investment. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!

Here is my final review. Orders will get RTO despite your communication with your customers. Customer story and their story are different. The reason is that the delivery agent often tells customer the package may be a scam and not to accept. This happens because the merchant(Roposo known as shipstreak on courier panel) frequently ships wrong/damage unit. This is the fault of the suppliers on Roposo. And for every order that gets RTO or returned after delivery, we the dropshippers are responsible for paying the fees even if it was never our fault in the first place. Something which could have 20-30% profit margin drops to breakeven or loss due to their reputation with couriers. You can get response to generic questions but never get a resolution for a problem. And the Dedicated account Manager? Didn't even reply messages despite several complains. After seeing this review, they will ask me to email [email protected] but any problem never gets resolved. Please fix your suppliers and your support team. I had also requested for a change of my Account Manager. He still is ghosting and not helping anything. A service with great potential but poorly executed.
Sorry but you're a complete fool if you're wasting your precious time & energy for even trying to do drop shipping with Fraud Roposo. Its our assurance you'll start questioning your life or would go into depression if you start your dropshipping business with these guys as they just need some orders from every small dropshipper & do fraud with every single one of them. These people are the only reason we switched to an inventory model, thanks to them for this and for our brand's success. We've been dealing with these guys for past 1.5 years now & speak with experience. REQUEST YOU TO STAY AWAY for your sanity.
Good for testing products but support is where it falls apart. Good luck if you face any issue. I appreciate the support team in email but the lack of cooperation from the Account Manager kills it all. Since the beginning, I have never had any proper response from the account manager. Seen messages on WhatsApp but no response. Recently 1 of my order(6678484672) got cancelled by clout agent. The order was confirmed by the customer via call + it is marked low risk by Shiprocket system(which is very accurate). I requested via email to reinitiate the order where I was told to contact the account manager which I did. Unfortunately, my messages were read but no response. So, I placed a new same order(7367492653) For the 2nd time and it got cancelled again by the clout agent despite my previous query. I showed my frustration via email and lack of assistance from the account manager. This time I got a call from the account manager(he was probably informed by the email team). Turns out he only kept the messages seen and never read them. I had to explain everything again. He told me to place the same order again so that it can be processed and so I placed the same order(6322081547) for the 3rd time and shared him the order ID. Account manager told me he would give me another call and never did. I texted but as usual no response. Then, guess what! The 3rd order got cancelled again. I have also informed via email as well as the Account Manager to not cancel my orders even if order value is high(normally 1500-1700 as customers purchase multiple units) because it has gone through shiprocket risk verification plus call confirmation. I recently installed this systems and I believe RTO% will drop drastically. Morever, we dropshippers are the ones paying RTO & RVP fees! I request a resolution and a change of my account manager. I don't wish to be rude, but the current account manager seems genuinely slow. My FB ad campaign is also messed up due to the order recreations :( Please hire a better team. I have only started but I can already foresee a lot of issues with such support.

Roposo is not what it was anymore, I have been working with roposo from last 3 years, it was nice few years back but now they have zero support, the supplier sends wrong product all the time and they dont pickup the parcels for return delivery, placed multiple test orders to check and they sent the wrong product, they use there own packaging which clearly mentions "roposo" whats the point of dropshipping then. They Mark delivered orders as RTO and dont solve it for months. Roposo really need to make a better strategy and get back there dropshippers. Hope to see Roposo do better in future till then i dont recomment it.
Not started yet but just exploring! On analysis of product prices at random, Prices offered as reseller are too high! Same products directly available to customers in Amazon with price much lower than what Roposo is offering as cost price which means the selling price will be much higher! Why would a custome buy it?
I had a really really terrible experience with this dropshipping company. Out of 30 orders, only 4 were delivered. Customer service is really poor and told me this is normal for them. Most of their positive reviews are fake. After spending on Google Ads, I incurred heavy losses due to their high RTO rate. Avoid these fraudsters at all costs. Hope i can give you 0 stars. Please Stay away from this .
