I just added TYDAL to my store and it was very easy to set up! Very intuitive and I'm sure it will be super helpful for my customers as well. I really like the option of customizing the review request email as well as the colors! I had to contact support and had a great experience with the support staff, Adrian. I just downloaded the app and need some time to explore all its features, but it looks like a very intuitive and useful tool. For a free app, it offers a lot of functions that you'd normally have to pay for in others. Sam from the support team was really helpful, quickly answering my questions and resolving any doubts I had.
