The application is easy to install and parameterize. Customer service is always available when help is needed. Great experience.

A great app, very easy to set up with excellent guides. It's aesthetically pleasing (many other review apps I tried, looked awful and spammy on my website). I got in touch with the developers as I was hoping to make some tweaks to how the reviews are displayed on my site to remove a few elements. Adrian replied very quickly and could not have been more helpful. I'm very pleased with both the support and how the app looks. Thank you!

I don't have an experience with the app yet, I just installed it yesterday. So far it is ok, easy to install and configure. I hope in the future I won't have any surprises :-)

We use Tydal reviews on our websites Flag Patch Shop, World Flags Direct, and World Flag Pins, and it's been a really helpful app for all of them! I can't figure out how to work the review import mechanism myself (it keeps saying my files are the wrong format even though I think I'm following the instructions) but Tydal customer service has been importing my files for me when I ask. Update: figured out how to work the review mechanic! It's incompatible with Firefox, but works in Google Chrome.
