The app quit working and repeated emails to support went un-answered. We are on the $9/month starter plan and really just wasted our money. Good concept but no execution.

I had this app as the free version for a long time and it worked great. App stopped working. It no longer had a free version. No emails, no contact, and no response to my questions. I gave in and installed the paid version. It didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Charged twice and still doesn't work. Emailed for support. No response.
