Our dedicated CSM Chris has been fantastic in helping me onboard to my new role within the company and understand how Stay AI has helped our company in the past - and brainstorm together on ways to get even more out of our relationship in the future. We like using this app for our subscription! The user interface is easy for both the customer and for us managing the program, it comes with a lot of useful analytics, and I love that they are always coming out with new features and updates, with a dedicated customer success manager that we meet with every month to introduce them and make sure we are getting the best use out of all that stay.ai has to offer. They are also super quick to respond to any emails answering questions or even assisting us in making updates.
