I really love ReSell. It was super easy to set up and the team was helpful when I reached out. What I appreciate most is how upfront they are about pricing, no sneaky greedy fees like ReConvert, which charges way too much. ReSell feels fair. It’s a solid reliable app that helps increase AOV. Recommended.

The support team has been disappointing. I requested a small layout change, but even after 30 days, it has not been properly implemented. Despite multiple follow-ups, they keep saying the task is completed when it is not. The lack of efficiency and communication is frustrating.

This app is efficient, highly customizable, and supports automated upsells, which are critical to a business like ours. As always, DevIT.Software delivers a great experience at a competitive price.

Support is extremely limited in their knowledge of their own app. They will tell you that Stripe payments are not functional with their app - when they are. They blame Shopify limitations that don't actually apply to your store when you read through them. They will tell you that their dysfunctional app is the issue of anyone but the app. For example - I have two of the exact same post-purchase offer - one has a 34% conversion rate and one has a 0% conversion rate. Support's response was that the 0% conversion rate offer just wasn't good enough - without even looking to confirm the offer. Had they looked, they would see that it is the literal exact same offer - copy paste. Out of 4 funnels, only one was actually working. The other 3 had payment error messages and didn't present the correct offers, or didn't present the offer at all. Less than half of my checkouts were even able to see the offer at all. The bottom line here is that this app isn't ready for launch and their support isn't ready for anything.

It's been a great experience using this app! The features are complete and the analytics are easy to understand. Also they are very quick to respond with any questions and explain about the steps of creating funnel for the upsell. Love love love this app!

Once you figure out that this app works a little differently the other Upsell apps it is really quite powerful. I've played with several options before arriving and sticking with this one. Further to that the support is just what it should be. Supportive.

Easily the most versatile and customisable upsell software. It's easy to use (I must have looked at them all), has the most advanced features, the lowest price, and the best support. The support has been really responsive and open to new ideas.
