We’ve been using this app for a long time, and it has too many problems. We kept trying to talk to the support team about these issues, but instead of providing solutions, they just create more problems. Honestly, the support team is amateur. Products are not updating, and in one month, we lost a lot of money because of this app. Prices and products do not update. Friends, buy this app knowingly or pay for it — if you are going to upload 3–5 products to your website, it works, but if you plan to upload more, this app should be your last choice because it does not update. We explain the problem to the company with pictures, videos, etc., but there is no solution. Moreover, the responses we receive are even more ridiculous. I believe many of the reviews are fake. We have created a 34-page file with images and videos about this issue, and we plan to report this app to Shopify because it does not do what it claims. Advice for the company making the app: if you make an app or sell a service, the rule is this — when a customer writes to you about a problem, you should provide a solution. Problems should not be answered with another problem or with a question. This is the golden rule of commerce.

Not Worth It!!! I'm disappointed with this app, and I blame myself for not reading the fine print. The app operates in manual mode, requiring you to handle shipping and order management yourself - no auto-fulfillment of orders. In reality, this app only creates a product in your store, and you still need to manually submit orders on Amazon. To be honest, you don't need this app at all. You can achieve the same result for free and with minimal effort by manually adding items to your store. Simply copy and paste the information from Amazon, and you're done! This app only saves you about 30 seconds of time, making it essentially useless. This is not how drop shipping should work!
