Very good so far! Helping get me reports we have long missed using shopify, such as AR aging. Customer support has been very responsive. I do wish some of the reports we were looking for were pre built, as I've had to do a lot of troubleshooting back and forth to get AR and Deferred Revenue reports built properly. Overall, would recommend.

Great customer service and support with their product

This app is awesome! I was having a hard time creating reports directly on Shopify, especially after their recent update made it more difficult to understand. Plus, there are certain fields you can't add, which doesn't make sense. I started creating a custom report on Report Pundit, and in just a few minutes, I had the report I needed. There were only two columns I wanted to add that weren't showing, so I sent a message to their support Live Chat. They added them in less than a minute! I was so impressed! Now I have the perfect report, and I'm excited to create more!

This is a great app for running detailed reports and analysing data. I still use Shopify Analytics for some items, but this tool allows me to access, view and group the data in different ways. The team are super helpful and provide excellent and speedy responses/solutions - This support is available on all paid plans and I personally it’s worth the investment. This is a great way to pull as much or as little raw data as possible. I personally hate charts and graphs and would much rather see my information numerically and be able to use it as I want. This app allows me to pull huge amounts of data and build my own report in excel.
