I was keen to see why my customers abandoned their carts. Therefor I tried this app. But this app didn't recorded any of my abandoned carts. Many records show errors, therefore very often I was not able to view my customers actions on my shop. But the worse is the customer service. I am waiting for days for a response, but nothing. I expected a decent customer service for a pricey app like this one. I definitely can't recommend this app.

This app is fantastic! Definitely worth every money! I have used it in parallel with HotJar and Smartlook. That app records ALL visits with 100% of accuracy when the other only 40-60% of it. I love the Live Sessions that help me to push chat messages on Tidio and interact with people when they are considering the purchase. Thanks to that app I was able to start generating my first sales and significantly improve landing pages and website UX. Love it!

We tried every Tidio related app on here before we landed on this one. I was looking for app which can help to improve our customer service by better understanding users behaviours. For a long time we are using a Tidio app, which is great live chat tool but missing some monitoring features that allows to detect where are the real obstacles than need to be improve. This app seems to do that job perfectly!. Now we can record all of the sessions, get some insides and finally know how to boost our store performance.
