On Exceptions, confirm Hold first so warehouse fulfillment cannot run until you release. Cancel requests are polled from Shopify events (minutes delay); there is no official cancel-request webhook. Agree, decline, or resolve on the native order banner. This app does not hard-stop 3PL-managed locations.
