Refersion is overpriced, outdated, and completely inflexible. The software delivers almost nothing for what they charge, and once you’re in, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave. Even long-term customers are treated like ATMs to be milked, not partners to be supported. The platform underperforms, the contracts are predatory, and the company hides behind rigid policies instead of doing what’s fair or reasonable. There are countless better alternatives that don’t lock you into absurd fees for minimal value. If you’re considering Refersion, don’t. Save yourself the headache.

The frontend design leaves much to be desired — it's outdated and not user-friendly. Important features such as detailed reports are missing. Additionally, we were overcharged. There are significantly better alternatives available.

John and Erik were both extremely helpful in helping me set up my companies reversion program! Super user friendly system and the screenshots of each step really help the ease of the process!

So you get 50 conversions per month for $119 (about $2.40 per conversion). Oh, you can upgrade to a whole 200 conversions per month. And it doesn't matter what your price point is - sell a $5 product or a $500 product. That's unscalable. A real business has affiliates that are doing 50 conversions per day. Much less per month. You want to give unlimited affiliates but say "up to 50 conversions per month" - ok, so if I have 120 affiliates we're assuming less than one conversion per month? Now what kind of sense does that make?

We are new to Refersion and have had a ton of questions. Eugene has been my go-to and any time I reach out with a question, his response is timely, incredibly helpful and super friendly! We are expanding our program and it would not have been possible without his help and support! Thank you Eugene!!

I DON'T WANNA! Can't we just keep this SHINING STAR COMPANY TO OURSELVES?! John is BY FAR the best service agent that I had the pleasure of dealing with! He is on the ball, nose to the grindstone! Honest and trustworthy beyond note. I took a risk and Refersion a bit more than the normal admin permission as my partner and John dealt with this. I was blown away! He acted with honesty and integrity, did what he had to do. He is a keeper and one to restore faith in humanity! You have to give this guy a SHINING CHAIR AFTER THIS!
