I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag. I tried their chat and to my surprise 'Sinchain' jumped on the issue and fixed it in real time. Then, their friendly "Is there anything else I can do for you?" just sold me completely. Their Customer Success is very responsive and kind. They actually take into consideration your feedback and build features that make the product better. There are still some things about Recurpay that need to change in order for them to be the only solution for our business, but I believe that they will become that solution. I recommend.
