I’m not sure where to begin. Our company started out 5 yrs ago with Bold and we were happy. All of a sudden they wanted to upgrade there app and nothing worked the same. I am new to Shopify and installed this app to test my workflow and viola - it worked pretty well. Down the line, I had a few questions and needed help resolving a snag.
