An incredibly powerful app, with multiple applications. I'd suggest working closely with their support team to select the best widgets for your business. We worked with Prachee and Shantanu who were refreshingly proactive and reactive. They helped us understand the potential and made the whole process simple and quick. Highly recommend.

We had some issues and the app didn't load on the backend. Some minor tweaks and the issue was fixed. I appreciate the good customer service! I do find it takes an hour after a customer places an order when there's an upsell option and we can't fulfill the order until that time passes. It was disrupting our order process flow. I've disabled this feature, and it seems to be working smoothly again.

We had a very positive experience with Wiser. The onboarding was smooth, transparent, and completely spam-free, and the offboarding process was just as uncomplicated and easy. Shan and Karishma were extremely supportive, responsive, and professional throughout, making the whole journey pleasant, very patiently answering all of our detailed questions. Our decision not to proceed right now was purely due to internal timing and resource constraints, not the app itself.
