We're so impressed with Recipe Kit and its superlative customer support. My company sells crafting equipment, and we offer free projects every month. With Recipe Kit, we can link any project's equipment directly to the product page--it's an easy and elegant way to promote sales. Customers can see all the instructions on one screen, then print PDFs or hard copies with step-by-step photos/diagrams. This developer offers amazing customer service. Patrick quickly helped us customize Recipe Kit so it wouldn't list yarn as an ingredient, for instance. Recipe Kit will also save us many hours of staff time. Once you've got a Word doc with all the hyperlinks set up, you can copy and paste right into Recipe Kit. It's a much less laborious system than our old one, where we'd carefully format a PDF in InDesign and then link it on a webpage. Recipe Kit does all that formatting work for us!
