The software itself is impressively stable in day-to-day use, but at present it lacks built-in support for localization because it doesn’t adhere to Shopify’s Dev recommendations for language functions. As a result, you cannot translate the interface out of the box, which is a significant drawback if you need a multilingual storefront. Maintaining recipes in the system is also laborious. On numerous occasions, we found that recipes suddenly lost their links to ingredients, forcing us to manually comb through every single recipe entry to repair the connections. This isn’t a one-off glitch—it happens often enough that it disrupts workflow and eats up valuable time. When we raised this issue with support, we were bluntly told it isn’t currently a priority. In other words, if you don’t mind wrestling with a buggy workflow and spending hours on manual fixes, this software will serve you. Otherwise, be prepared for frustration.

Amazing customer service! Patrick and his team were super helpful and accomodating, helping me customise my subscription to suit my needs, and provide installation support. I love how easy it is to use and integrate with my website, and how it creates Google Rich content for my recipes that perform better in Google Search results. Thank you! Highly recommend.
