OMG, OMG, OMG! This app is an absolute game-changer! If you’re using multiple analytics apps, do yourself a favor—drop them all and get this one. The graphics are so engaging, it feels like playing a video game (seriously, it’s addictive!). As a candle business owner, my favorite feature is the ability to see what customers have added to their carts but haven’t purchased yet (guilty—I do this all the time myself!). This insight helps me make smarter inventory decisions based on real customer interest, allowing me to stay ahead of demand.

This is the best app ever! I have it installed in both of my two online stores. It's really addictive! It gives you full insight of the visitors in your store: where they come from, how long they spend in your store, and which products they are looking at. Plus live sales!!! Want to be able to use it but no one responds when you submit a ticket and trying to upgrade to the basic plan and unable to. Better customer service needed.

Pretty cool app. I'm now obsessed with watching and tracking events and where my customers move around in my shop on the 3D map! so neat! Looking forward to future updates. I also LOVE the sound alerts! Gets my heart going every time I hear it happen.

I really love this app - it fills the hole where G4 Analytics fail to show you real time visitors, and gives you a really helpful visibility of what visitors are doing. Easy to use and does everything it should. Highly recommend.

I think it's a very good application. It allows you to see in real time what the customer is watching, what items they have placed in the cart, etc. Furthermore, there is the fun part of watching the customer walk around the store. Very good!

Absolutely great, love being able to see what my clients are looking at in realtime, I get an understanding of what is going on, should I drop a price, should I order more stock. Really really appreciate this app

I truly love this app. I especially love Realtime view. I recently opened my shop, don't have tons of traffic yet, but this is just to fun to watch. For busier shops it's a must have you will see a lot of action (people) in your shop. The only thing I wonder about is why it doesn't match up with Etsy stats. This shows a few visits every once in a while shopify shows 0 all the time. I would love a notification when people are in your shop that would be fun too.

If Google Analytics left you in the cold with their new version of Analytics, then this app is 100% for you. Perfect for ecommerce or lead generation, this app has real-time reporting just like Google Analytics used to before they ruined it. This app made seeing what was taking place on my site visible again, I highly recommend it.
