Funny and esthetic app, but as a micro busniess it is difficult to justify the cost and it would be great if the data could be retained for more than 24h.

Very useful tool for seeing more detail of people online than what Shopify does. Would love it if the app pinging a notification on your phone when someone enters your store or be configurable for example that someone has entered products into their cart or started check out - this is something I believe alot of people on Shopify would like but there is no tool to do it. Receiving notifications as emails isn't what people want.

This app is pretty cool... I loaded it a while ago and didn't know what anything meant or what I was doing with the app. I was going through my app library and purging the ones I don't use, and I opened this one and started messing with the features, and it's got some cool stuff.. Check it out!

Data doesn't match google analytics. They want you to pay for the same data google analytics has for free...

Hello I'm new here and I just wanted to say I love the app so far !! this is very well thought out and pretty in-depth and inclusive of just about everything you need to properly measure what's going on on your website including bots, and the IP filter is awesome !! I haven't noticed though is there a way to look on the free plan at the actual length of time that each customer is spending on the site ?? I may upgrade eventually but I just tried to eliminate that expense with another analytics company that wasn't so great... I like the guy I guess who created it who gives the instructional video.. he seems like a very awesome and very intelligent man . I hope he reads this message if it goes to someone else please share it with him !!... this guy seems like he really has his head together and knows what a business owner needs... I'm assuming he must be a business owner / e-commerce business owner himself because he certainly knew what bases to cover with this app and this is an extremely intelligent set up, and I'm very excited to be using it and so absolutely happy to see such a well thought out and intelligent app from a person who obviously knows what they're doing for a change !!! great job !!! completely great job on this !!! Awesone so far !!

Excellent app. Very insightful and very useful. You get to know your store and visitors on a completely different level. You can see how an email drop affects traffic and browsing habits in real-time, and the live tables feature is fantastic. Highly recommended!

I use it basically every day. Learning a lot about customer behavior definitely helps. I highly recommend it!

This app is truly in my top 3 "must have" apps on Shopify! As a very small business, I love having the 3D Shop open in another tab and watching potential customers walk around my shop! I can see what they look at and it's even more exciting when i can see their cart and they head over to the checkout!
