The Rapi app has been a huge help for our store. It’s very user-friendly, easy to set up, and allows us to create bundle discounts quickly without any hassle. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes managing promotions much faster compared to other apps we’ve tried. One suggestion: it would be great if there was an option to calculate bundle discounts based on the Compare-at Price in Shopify, not just the current Price. This would give stores more flexibility when running sales and avoid double-discounting products. Overall, an excellent app — highly recommended!

Tout d’abord, Rapi a bloqué notre site simplement parce que nous n’avions pas encore sélectionné d’abonnement. Ils nous ont imposé un délai de 24 h pour réagir, mais étant en déplacement, je n’ai pas pu intervenir à temps. À mon retour, le mal était déjà fait : Google a perdu confiance dans le site, ce qui rend désormais notre visibilité très difficile. Aujourd’hui, nous constatons en plus que Rapi ralentit le site, ce qui nuit également à notre référencement SEO. Le dirigeant nous a contacté directement et va suivre personnellement nous cas pour trouver des solutions. Donc je remonte la note à 2 étoiles. Dommage que le premier support n'était pas à la hauteur.

I started using this app on a friend’s recommendation, who’s already well established. It really helps increase the average cart value by creating bundles and adding gifts.
