Our initial experience seemed promising, but things quickly went downhill during our trial. We had to repeatedly call them just to arrange collection, and the communication was not just poor—it was shockingly bad. They failed to deliver on a same-day service, without offering any apology to us or our customer, who was left waiting for their parcel. To make matters worse, they charged us for canceled orders and didn’t even bother to provide a reason or refund when we inquired. Overall, I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1, only in the hope that they might improve in the future. However, we won’t be using their services again.
