While the app is really useful and helpful, it is somewhat buggy, which does not make for a pleasant user experience. Nevertheless, this gets compensated for by the super-helpful and always-on-the-toes support team that does all the work for you and even provides screen recordings if you require them. There is a great deal of assistance and immediate response from the technical team. They create a Whatsapp group and resolve all issues immediately.

We have been using Quinn for a couple of months now, the video shopping experience on the website is really helpful to capture into today's audience who are so accustomed to short video format. The UI to customise the widget is extremely lacking with terrible UI. Customer service is almost non-existent.
