Joseph from chat support is great. He helped with some issues I had with syncing and is a great person and not a bot. It's great to have a real person helping when things don't work. The app is super helpful for syncing woocommerce products with wordpress!

We've been managing both WooCommerce and Shopify stores for our business, and keeping everything aligned used to be a headache—until we found QuickSync. The setup was surprisingly smooth, and within minutes, we had our products syncing perfectly between the two platforms. The support team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whether it was a question about syncing product variants or setting up order sync, they walked us through it with patience and clarity.

Arianne was so helpful, responsive, and patient with me, given the complexity and difficulty of the migration process I am trying to undertake (~20,000 products). She was happy to answer any questions I had, and if she wasn't sure, she referred my questions onto one of the development team to get back to me with an answer/solution. Generally speaking, this app delivers on what it advertises. I am still yet to have a completely successful integration, but this is not at the fault of QuickSync, and appears to be entirely at the fault of my hosting provider (Cloudways). I would be happy to recommend this app to others, due to the simplicity of using the app, as well as the positive customer service and support - thank you Arianne!
