So far so good. I had an issue syncing my products to tik tok shop and Elhassan was super helpful!!! He highlighed the issue right away and kept me updated as we completed the sync.

App works super seamless, very straightforward and more affordable then other's that are even way more complicated to setup, Joseph also jumped on the chat without me even clicking on it to offer support, helped with all my questions and was very friendly, overall i like it a lot! hope it stays this way!

Used this to help speed up the synch of our store to TikTok. The process was smooth and actually uncovered an issue with product data from one of our dropship providers. The online support was superb - and Omar provided a report that gave me data to revert back to our dropship provider. Can't speak more highly of them !

I downloaded this app after having numerous issues with the native Tiktok/Shopify integration. So far, QuickSync has been GREAT. They have super fast customer service and have answered all of my questions within a few minutes. All their chat reps are very knowledgeable not only with their app but tiktok and shopify as well.
