He was instantly in contact with me once I installed the app and he walked me through everything step by step to make sure all the proper products were synced from Shopify to my Etsy shop! Really great support service and Etsy integration--a real time saver to not have to input all the details over and over again. I do wish it had all the custom fields (like shipping weight and Etsy categories) and it would be amazingly fast.
