I have just started to use this App and so far it seems excellent. I hope it continues in the same way. I can certainly vouch for the great customer service I was provided by a very charming young man called Joseph. He was very helpful, incredibly polite and his English was exceptional. I am brand new to creating an Etsy store, as well as a Shopify store, so my experience with those apps and this one for syncing products is limited. However, it has been working very well so far. When I've had issues with syncing, customer service has been very fast and very helpful. Omar, who I chatted with, was fantastic!

At first experience was great. Installation was quick, I immediately synced my products from Shopify to Etsy. The problems started when I added a new product a week later and tried to sync it. Suddenly it said my setup wasn't complete, there were problems with my shipping profile on Etsy (which there weren't) and all my products became unsynced. I had to delete cache and cookies, it was very stressful! However Jayson from customer service was very attentive, helpful and patient. He helped me solve the problems at last and I would definately give him 5 stars!
