I am the founder of Elegant Deer. Totally satisfied so far, I was a bit puzzled by it all. I was able to link everything, but I didn't want to sync all the products. Joseph from support just wrote to me in the live chat and asked if he could help in any way. He offered to move all the products to Etsy for free in the form of a draft, and then I can activate the ones I need in the future. It went beautifully, without fees and very quickly.
