The sync is great, works as intended, but what really won me over was the awesome support! Shoutout to David and Cristina who helped us set up. I’ve always had super fast and helpful responses from their team. It makes a difference from all the other apps using chatbots and AI for support these days!

We have a few more specific needs in our business that we struggled to meet with other tools (we previously used Snyder). What made us consider Myworks was the ability to map collections to a class, which has been a real life-saver for our business. We ultimately decided to switch to MyWorks after trying it and haven’t looked back. That’s just one of many advanced features which have made it really easy for us to adapt the sync to exactly what we need. Recommend Myworks for businesses like ours that need higher level of mapping control and more customization.

Big time saver! MyWork has made managing our finances much easier. The support team's assistance has been invaluable in setting up and tailoring the integration to what we need. The interface is quite intuitive, there wasn’t much of a learning curve for us when we started. The setup call really set us up for success.

I was needing a link to get live inventory from Shopify to Quickbooks for more accurate P&L statements. After trying a couple of different apps I landed on MyWorks. The customer service has been great. There was an issue unrelated to their app with migrating products over to Quickbooks. David took many hours to help me work through and figure out what was causing the error even with it being a Quickbooks error he has stayed in touch and offered more support even with this not being a MyWorks issue. It has instilled a sense of confidence going forward if any issues arise there will be a helpful support team waiting.

The customer service at MyWorks is AMAZING. Quick and accurate responses are helpful to me to keep the workflow going. We have quite a few orders, and the sync is working nice. It was a nice feature to turn on and off the auto sync, just to make sure we liked what was being sent over. We have also had a couple of suggestions that would help our company, and MyWorks is working to get some of those ideas implemented.

The answer to our prayers! I just recently moved my e-commerce site from WooCommerce to Shopify, and we were really happy with MyWorks as the sync between Woo and QBO. I was looking for a sync tool for Shopify to QBO but kept finding that available apps had a lot of limitations. Then I learned MyWorks was launching their solution for Shopify, and my team was thrilled! Set up was SO easy and hand-held the entire way by our amazing rep, Peter. He is always available to us for questions and troubleshooting, and follows up on open items really timely. Cannot sing enough praise about MyWorks and their support team!

We recently transitioned from WooCommerce to Shopify and we were really happy we could continue using MyWorks to sync our store with accounting. We’ve used other tools in the past but nothing comes close to the level of control and flexibility we get with MyWorks. The app syncs all our data and gives us peace of mind that our books are correct. We love how quick and easy it is to map multiple Shopify variations to one QuickBooks product and automatically sync new products as we add them to Shopify. The best bit is probably being able to manage our inventory completely in QuickBooks, that has saved us a ton of time! Our business is much more efficient thanks to this app, fully recommend!

Finally - a sync with QuickBooks that actually does what I need! I've been so happy with MyWorks, and the amazing support has been just the icing on the cake. I'm so impressed with the attention to detail and how much control I have over what syncs with QuickBooks - like mapping my products and variations however I need to, syncing some orders to a single QuickBooks customer, and how the automatic sync just works so quickly (which is always important for inventory). I have some custom data that I need to have shown in the QuickBooks Sales Receipt, and the custom field mappings were able to bring that over perfectly for me. THANK YOU!!
