Pro: Features that other Shopify/QB apps don't offer, which saves manual work if you use locations & classes. Before we had to use an app to export the orders, then modify them and then upload. Also being able to sync inventory from Shopify to QB is great. Cons: For us the cons outweigh the pros. The pros save time but it can't be at the expense of accurate accounting. It doesn't always sync products correctly, meaning the cost of sales isn't calculated when invoices are created Some orders say not synced when they are synced, which wastes time and create manual work. Customer support while initially good has got progressively worse, it takes too long to get issues sorted out. No live chat, so you end up going back and forth over email which can take days.
