Not one to leave reviews normally, but the team behind this app have impressed me so many times, I need to share. I paid for some customisation for my use case, and they exceeded on deliverables and timeline. Super responsive to suggestions and questions (even the silly ones) and for more complex stuff they bring in their tech advisors and a client facing team to ensure all people are on the same page. Nothing is a problem, and even after my custom project was signed off as completed, I found something I needed to have adjusted and they happily did this at no charge. Yes, the functionality of the app needs to do what you want, but if you are considering these guys and another, I assure you, the help and support make choosing them well worth it.

Excellent app. there are many apps which offer tiered discount volume discounts, but i wanted a specific layout and talked with many apps but no one offered customisation. Cam helped me customise the display exactly how i wanted and also fixed the issues. Amazing and helpful support. i would give 6 stars if i could. joy, cam and the whole team is amazing! thank you!

Great app, and an even better team behind the app. As we wanted to use a combination of variation-specific tiers and different break points, our requirements were very specific - and options very limited. Luckily, I found Omega at the time as it did exactly what we wanted, and most apps out there couldn't do anything close to what Omega / Pareto could. We've been using the app for more than a year now, and even though occasionally something has broken suddenly (due to Shopify updating something on their end), the team's been very quick to sort things out for us. I've also been interviewed by Joy to gain insights on how they could improve the app and what functionality they should add - and they've also delivered on those, making my life easier. :)

I’ve been using the Pareto app for Shopify discounts, and I’m really impressed—not just with the app’s functionality but especially with their customer service. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, their support team was quick, friendly, and super helpful. It’s rare to find such reliable and responsive customer care these days. Pareto has enabled me to create B2B discounts on Shopify without the need to develop a custom app using Shopify Functions – that alone deserves five stars. But what truly sets them apart is their responsiveness and customer service. I suggested an improvement to their "Buy X, Get Y Free" offer – specifically, the ability to automatically add the free item to the customer’s basket, which felt like a natural and intuitive feature. Lynn (who was absolutely lovely to deal with) not only listened, but their team actually developed and implemented this feature into the app for everyone to benefit from. Exceptional support and a brilliant product – highly recommended.
