Qikify has been very easy to use. I was able to get my first pop up set up within 15 minutes. Super easy to use and effective. Rita, with the support staff was also very helpful and answered my questions effectively and quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Downloaded the app and although the chat support Rosa took some time to get back to me, I'm glad that the app is finally working well on my store after getting some assistance from Rosa and their tech team. It would be great if they could take a shorter time to provide answers and instantly provide 1:1 installation support for customers though (as some of us are using a third-party template downloaded from Envato).

5th day with the app and I have to say setup was easy and straight-forward, congruent branding integration options, and fast and knowledgeable support (shoutout to Rita). We tried the free version first then upgraded to basic shortly after. A solid social proofing app that we're happy with after almost 1 week.

Good app, easy to install and design. Too early to see if it promotes extra sales yet but I had a technical issue and the lady on chat was very helpful, helping me fix my issue

I am enjoying the app so far. Very easy to use and the support was great when asked a question and helped to set up my settings and colors. Another great feature is that it integrates with my reviews app. Nice touch. I would like to see a customer is viewing product popup. That would be great! And in analytics to show which items customers are adding to cart and purchasing. Overall good product for the $$.

The frequency of the pop-ups has started slowing down, and ain't showing most of the orders placed within the time limits I set. The app is important for a store like mine, and I chose it because it allows me to access multiple features at once. However, please improve the Sales Pop-Up feature, as it's a key part of why I use your app.
